Meditation - The Wiki Definition In an up close and personal look at my own Meditation practices, I will give a complete account of the meditation I learned as a boy. This form of meditation is no doubt Transcendental. I did however learn my own version of this technique, and no adult actually ever told what "kind" or "type" or even the name of the Meditation.
